ผลการMRI มีรายละเอียดดังนี้ค่ะ

Findings : The study reveals normal lumbar lordosis.there is no spondylolisthesis of scoliosis
no vertebral height loss is seen.

A small well-defined,hypointense T1/T2 with slight hyperintense T2FS vertebral body is seen, measures 8 mm in size.The rest of bony structure shows normal marrow signal intensity.

Degenerative change of the L4/5 and L5/S1 discs is seen as disc desiccation and disc bulge/herniation.The details of each disc spaces are described as follow.

L1/2,L2/3,L3/4 Unremarkable.

L4/5 Mild diffuse disc bulge,and mild ligamentum flavum thickening,causing mild central spinal canal stenosis with mild compromised left L5 traversing nerve root.The disc also abut right L5 traversing nerve root. Mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis without exiting nerve root compression.L5/S1 Diffuse disc bulge,large left subarticalar disc herniation,and mild ligamentum flavum thickening,causing moderate central spinal canal stenosis with left S1 traversing Mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis without exiting nerve root compression.The distal spinal cord shows normal size and signal intensity. The conus medullaris ends at L1 Level.The visualized bilateral SI joints are unremarkable.

Impression :
L5/S1 disc bulge with large left subaricular disc herniation,causing moderate central spinal canal stenosis and left S1 traversing nerve root compression.
L4/5 mild disc bulge causing mild central spinal canal stenosis with mild compromised left L5 traversing nerve root,and mild abuts right L5 traversing nerve root.
A small well-defined,hypointense T1/T2 with slight hyperingtense T2FS lesion at T12 vertebral body could be atypicalj hemangioma or other benign lesion.
