มีอาการสะบ้าเข่าขวาดหลุดจากการเล่นฟุตบอล

ประมาณสองเดือน ตอนนี้เดินได้แล้ว แต่ในวันที่เดินเยอะๆมีอาการปวดขา

คุณหมอเลยให้ทำ mri ซึง่คุณหมอแจ้งว่า

อาจต้องผ่า ไม่ทราบว่าจำเป็นต้องผ่าไหมครับ

Findings

The study reveals a complete disruption of medial patellar retinaculum with lateral subluxation of patella.In addition,there is an osteochondral fracture at medial patellar facet.Bone contusion is also seen at medial patellar facet and leteral femoral condyle.A dis place osteochondral fragment s seen in the patellofemoral joint.

- A large amout of joint effusion,and marked soft tissue swelling are present.

- A partial tear at patellar attachment of patellar tendon is also noted.

- ACL, PCL and MCL are intact. Suspect a low-grade sprain of lateral collateral ligament. Popliteus tendon is intact. A linear fluid signal within the conjoin tendon probably represents a partial tear.

- Medial and lateral menisci are intact.

- The visualized fibula appears normal. Both medial and leteral tibiofemoral compartments seem to be intact.

Impression :

- A complete disruption of medial patellar retinaculum with lateral subluxation of patella. Associated osteochondral fracture and bone contusion are detected, as already mentioned above.

- Joint effusion and marked soft tissue swelling.

-Suspected a partial tear of patellar tendon and LCL complex.
