ขณะนี้คุณพ่ออายุ 65 ปี น้ำหนัก 68 กก. ส่วนสูง 156 ซม. มีโรคประจำตัวคือโรคเบาหวาน (รับประทานยาต่อเนื่องมาประมาณ 4 ปี) ได้รับผลการตรวจเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับโรคหัวใจ เมื่อวันที่ 6 มี.ค. 2555 ดังนี้

ผลการตรวจเลือด

1. ความดันโลหิต ปกติ (137/91)

2. ผลเลือดตรวจการทำงานของตับ ปกติ

3. ระดับน้ำตาลในเลือด ผิดปกติ

4. ระดับไขมันในเลือด  (1)Triglycerides ผิดปกติ  (2)Cholesterol ปกติ  (3)HDL-C ผิดปกติ  (4)LDL-C ปกติ

5. สภาพของปอด ปกติ

- Total fat area (cm2) : 449

- Visceral fat area (cm2) : 258.5

- Subcutaneous fat area (cm2) : 190.5

MDCT OF THE CORONARY ARTERY

- Severe coronary arterial calcification, the CAC is 548.

- RCA; calcified & soft plaque at middle segment with moderate to severe stenosis and small calcified plaque at proximal and distal segment and PDA branch with mild stenosis

- Left main; calcified & soft plaque with mild stenosis

- LAD; calcified plaque at proximal segment with moderate stenosis and at middle segment and the origin of DG1 branch with mild stenosis

- LCX; calcified plaque at proximal segment with no significant stenosis and at OM1 branch with mild stenosis

- LVEF = 46%

- Right dominant coronary circulation

- Extracardiac findings; Suspected diffuse fatty change of the liver
