Technique : Plain and enhanced axial CT scan of the paranasal sinuses were performed with 3.0-mm thickness from skull base to root of neck

Findings : the study reveals non-specific mild mucoperiosteal thickening at bilateral
ethmoid sinuses. the rest of paranasal sinuses are clear without mucoperiosteal thickening or soft tissue mass. no obstruction of frontoethmoid recesses,OMUs or SERs,bilaterally. No asymmetrial tightness of left orbital apex
Nasopharynx, oropharynx larynx, hypopharynx and thyroid gland are unremarkable Major salivary glands are normal . No lymphadenopathy is seen. Lung apices show no nodule or mass

Impression : 

- Unremakeable  paranasal sinuses. No evidence of sinusitis, soft tissue mass or destructive bon lesion

- Asymmetrical tightness of left orbital apex
