สวัสดีค่ะคุณหมอ

ขอความกรุณาคุณหมอช่วยดูผล MRI ให้แม่หน่อยได้ไหมคะ

แม่หนูมีอาการปวดสะโพกร้าวลงมาที่หน้าแข้ง เป็นข้างซ้ายมากกว่าข้างขวา เป็นมาประมาณ 1 ปี ล่าสุดแทบเดินหรือยืนนานๆ ไม่ได้ เพราะทนปวดไม่ไหว รักษาที่ รพ. แถวบ้านแล้วหมอบอกทำอะไรไม่ได้ เพราะกระดูกมันเสื่อมไปตามวัย หนูเลยชวนแม่มาตรวจที่กรุงเทพ เมื่อวันที่ 12 มิย. 58 ค่ะ หมอให้ x-rays แล้วเห็นไม่ชัด เลยให้ไปทำ MRI ตอนนี้หนูได้ผลมาแล้ว แต่หมอนัดไปพบวันที่ 26 สค. 58

หนูลองเปิดๆ ดูผล มันมีคำว่า tumor กับ metastasis ด้วย เลยกังวลกลัวว่าแม่จะเป็นเนื้อร้าย ขอความกรุณาคุณหมอช่วยดูผลคร่าวๆ ให้ได้ไหมคะ

ผลดังนี้ค่ะ

HISTORY: A case of spondylolisthesis.
MRI OF THE LUMBAR SPINE:
TECHNIQUE AND SEQUENCES: Sagittal: T1W, T2W with and without FS
                                                Axial: T1W, T2W with and without FS
                                                Coronal: T1W
                                                Sagittal and coronal MR myelography
FINDINGS:
        The study shows straightening of lumbar spine. There is grade I L5/S1 retrolisthesis. There is an abnormal signal intensity at L5 vertebral body, which shows hypointense on T1W and hyperintense on T2FS. The rest of the visualized spine shows normal in height and signal intensity.
         There is decreased signal intensity on T2W of the visualized lumbar intervertebral discs, degenerative change. Details of each intervertebral level are as follows;
          L1/2 level: Circumferential disc bulging is noted. No significant evidence of nerve root compression.
          L2/3 level: Circumferential disc bulging with hypertrophic facet joints and thickened ligamentum flavum is noted, causing mild compression to bilateral L3 traversing nerve roots.
           L3/4 level: Circumferential disc bulging with hypertrophic facet joints and thickened ligamentum flavum is noted. No significant evidence of nerve root compression is seen.
            L4/5 level: Circumferential disc bulging with hypertrophic facet joints and thickened ligamentum flavum is noted. No significant evidence of nerve root compression is seen.
            L5/S1 level: Circumferential disc bulging with hypertrophic facet joints and thickened ligamentum flavum is noted, causing mild compression to left L5 exiting nerve root.
            Conus medullaris is located at T12/L1 level. The visualized spinal cord shows normal signal intensity on all pulse sequences. No evidence of congenital spinal stenosis is seen. There is no abnormal paravertebral soft tissue.

IMPRESSIONS: Circumferential bulging of L2/3 intervertebral disc with hypertrophic facet joints and thickened ligamentum flavum, causing mild compression to bilateral L3 traversing nerve roots.
                        Grade I L5/S1 retrolisthesis with circumferential bulging of L5/S1 intervertebral disc, hypertrophic facet joints and thickened ligamentum flavum, causing mild compression to left L5 exiting nerve root.
                        Degenerative change of the rest of the lumbar intervertebral discs as described.
                        An abnormal signal intensity at L5 vertebral body, which shows hypointense on T1W and hyperintense on T2FS, possibly marrow edema, benign tumor. Metastasis cannot be excluded. Please follow up.
