    The liver appears nomal in size and parenchymal echopattern.Four small hyperechoic foci at the right hepatic lobe are seen, ranging 0.3-0.5 cm in size

    The gallbladder is normally distended without gallstone .The CBD is not dilated.
    Both hidneys are normal in size parenchymal echogenicity. and cortical thickness.The right and left kidneys measure 10.2x3.2x3.8 cm and 10.1x4.8x3.9 cm in size respectively.A 0.2-cm stone at interpolar region of the right kidney is noted.No hydronephrosis is seen.

   The spleen pancreas,pancreas and urinary bladder are unremarkable.

   The prostate gland measure 2.6x3.4x2.4 cm in side and 11.47 ml in volume 

   No ascites is ssen

Impression

-Four small hyperechonic foci at the right hepanic lobe ;probably calcifications.

-A tiny right renal stone without obstruction
